Dimensions Tool Terms and Conditions

Registration Request:
A registration request must be completed for each individual who requires access to the Dimensions Tool. Completing the Registration Request does not grant you access to the site, an administrator has to manually approve your account. If a Dimensions Tool user administrator exists for your organisation then they will be notified by email of the request. Otherwise the registration request will processed by the Dimensions Tool administrator at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. This approval step is to make sure that registered users are local professionals. When the request is approved, you will receive an email inviting you to complete the account setup and to enter a secure password. Your own password will not be known to the Dimensions team so if you forget it you will have to request a password reset.

Registration Request Rejected:
If your Registration Request has been rejected we will delete the details you have provided and will not store them, and let you know why we have not accepted the request. This will be sent via email to the email address you have supplied.

Terms and Conditions:

 By accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to the following:

• The registration information you provide is accurate.
• We can use the information provided to verify who you are and grant you access to the Dimensions Tool if your registration is accepted.
• You will let the Dimensions Team know about problems with the Dimensions Tool.
• You will use the Tool appropriately and will not plagiarise any content from the Dimensions Tool.
• The Dimensions account will be only used by the named individual on the registration request.

Why we ask for certain information to create an account:
When you submit a registration request, we ask for some personal information. This information helps keep your account secure and allows us to verify who you are for account setup process and make sure the Dimensions Tool is appropriate for you and the correct access is given.

Name:
We ask for your forename and surname to help verify who you are. We do not disclose or use this information for any other purpose.

Username and Password:
We ask you to set a username and password to help the system verify and assign the correct permissions to your account through the Dimensions Tool. Your password is encrypted and cannot been seen by Dimensions Administrators. We do not disclose this or use this information for any other purpose.

Email:
We ask for your email address for account verification and to allow you to change your password or details at any time. We do not disclose or use this information for any other purpose. The email address supplied should be the email assigned to you by your organisation

Phone Number:
We ask for your phone number to verify who you are when initially setting up your account. We may contact you during account registration. We do not disclose or use this information for any other purpose.

Organisation, Team/Service, Job Role, Address 1-2 and Post Code:
We use this information to help identify the correct access type and verification for account setup. We only use your organisation name and number of users registered for reporting purposes. We do not disclose or use Team/Service, Job Role, Address 1-2 and Post Code Information.
