Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing FAQs

Development of the Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing.

The Dimensions Tool was designed by two clinicians working in Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, Gemma Cartwright and Heather Moran. They worked with Daniel Kinney from CWPT's IT, to turn those ideas into a tool for use by the general public and professionals. The Dimensions Tool was developed in consultation with service users, parents and carers, local professionals, referrers and clinicians. Dawn Nicholls joined the team from those consultations as our Dimensions Tool Project Manager. Dawn is working with us to raise awareness of Dimensions across the Coventry and Warwickshire community. You can read more about the team below.
