The Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing is a free online tool providing personalised information to support an individual's well-being and mental health. The Dimensions report it creates provides information that is relevant to the ratings made on each of the Dimensions. It can be used to find selfcare, local support groups and telephone help lines, and services offered through various organisations and the NHS.
The Dimensions of Health and Wellbeing was designed by two clinicians working in Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, Gemma Cartwright and Heather Moran. They worked with Daniel Kinney from CWPT's IT, to turn those ideas into a tool for use by the general public and professionals. The Dimensions tool was developed in consultation with service users, parents and carers, local professionals, referrers and clinicians. Dawn Nicholls joined the team from those consultations as our Dimensions Tool Project Manager. Dawn is working with us to raise awareness of Dimensions across the Coventry and Warwickshire community.
